NEW BRIGG RECREATION GROUND PLANS CONSIDERED

Amended plans  to revamp Brigg Recreation Ground, off Wrawby Road, will be considered by councillors tomorrow, Wednesday, March 11.
Brigg Town Council's Planning & Environment Committee will discuss the application during a meeting in the Angel Suite, from 8pm.
Planning permission is being sought for demolition of the existing changing pavilion and redevelopment of site to provide new sports and changing facilities.
The scheme has been amended.
Other applications to be looked at are:

  • Extend and convert outbuilding to dependent person’s annexe, Crest Villa, Glanford Road.
  • Industrial and office development, Site 3, Atherton Way (outline application).

This meeting is open to interested members of the public.
Brigg Town Council must be consulted on all planning applications but the final decision on whether to grant permission always rests with the North Lincolnshire unitary authority.
