Plans have been put forward to make use of currently empty premises in Brigg town centre.
Planning permission to change the use from A1 (shop/retail) to B1 (office) is being sought from North Lincolnshire Council for Unit 17, 1 Morley Yard (ground floor).
Allied Healthcare, of Hatfield, is seeking approval.
Three people will work there, if the council gives the go-ahead for this change of use.
