The Friends Of The Brigg &
Lincoln Lines in partnership with GRaB ( Gainsborough Rail & Bus Group ) are
pleased to announce that the final link at Gainsborough Central has been filled
on Northern Rail Duo Ticket Offer on the Sheffield Midland - Cleethorpes via
Brigg Line. At present the duo ticket offer only ran from Cleethorpes to Kirton
In Lindsey and Retford to Sheffield on the Brigg Line, thus leaving a gap at
Gainsborough Central.
The Duo Ticket offer is when 2
adults travel together the 2nd adult go's for half price, the offer is not valid
in December and is only available on certain Northern Rail lines so getting this
for the Brigg Line has been a great achievement.
Northern Rail are designing a
special duo ticket poster for the Brigg line which will highlight the money that
can be saved on fares and most importantly design is such a way that it will
bring customers to visit Brigg, Kirton In Lindsey and Gainsborough
Central.
