Take care on the roads in Brigg and district tonight and tomorrow.
North Lincolnshire Council Highways sent out the following Twitter warning earlier today: "Temperatures well below zero tonight. Precautionary salting from 18:00 hrs. Drive with care."

Their opposite numbers at Lincolnshire County Council, who salt many roads, including the A1084 into Brigg, say: "Our gritting teams countywide are loading up soon, preparing to treat key routes today. Take care though, even on gritted roads."
