It's coming up to 11 months since a Brigg planning application was submitted to North Lincolnshire Council without a decision being announced.
Still listed by the planners as "under consideration" is an application to erect a terrace of four two-bed flats with associated access and landscaping works (including demolition of existing garage), Forrester Street, off Bridge Street.
The application was classified "valid" by the council on February 14, 2013, with what the council describes as the "expiry date" being on April 11. But the box marked "decision date" still remains blank.
Twelve others Brigg applications from 2013 remain "not yet determined" at the time of writing.
A North Lincolnshire Council spokesperson told Brigg Blog: “The planning application portal is kept up-to-date on a regular basis. Any outstanding planning applications are currently being considered and decisions will be made in due course. The majority of planning applications are determined within the statutory eight week time frame. The planning application for Forrester Street will be determined soon following significant discussions with the applicant.”
