Yesterday (Saturday Oct 12) saw Brigg football team Briggensians lose 6-1 away to Bruce FC - division three leaders in the TSW Printers Scunthorpe and District Football League.
Gallafent scored the Brigg side's consolation goal.
Briggensians stay at the foot of the table, having lost all four league fixtures to date.
However, there's a chance to get back to winning ways this coming Saturday (Oct 19) when Briggensians meet the side immediately above them in the table, Barnetby United Reserves, in the second round of the Johnstone Insurance Nursing Cup.
This tie will be played at Barnetby's Silver Street ground.
