North Lincolnshire Council planners are now considering an application  for a household extension submitted to them for 18 Western Avenue, Brigg.
Western Avenue is on the Springbank housing estate.
This is an application to see whether there needs to be an application!
The exact council wording is: "Application for determination of the requirement for prior approval of a household extension - 18 Western Avenue, Brigg."
Meanwhile, just a few yards beyond Brigg - in Broughton parish - planning permission is being sought to retain a boundary fence at 32 Waters Edge.
