PLANS TO BUILD 80 NEW HOMES IN BRIGG STILL AWAITING DECISIONS

Three different schemes seeking approval to build new homes in Brigg have been waiting as long as five months for planners to reach a decision.
Late June saw plans proposed to erect THREE dwellings on land to the rear of 53 Wrawby Street, fronting Cross Street, pictured above.
Any comments from the public were accepted until August 3.
But five months later, no decision has yet been announced by North Lincolnshire Council.
A planning application seeking permission to build TEN homes on land to the west of Almond Grove was made public in August, comments being accepted until September 21.
No decision has yet been made on that scheme.
Given a "valid date" of August 22 by planners was a further application seeking approval to erect SIXTY-SEVEN dwellings with garages, including landscaping & access and an outline application for over-55s' accommodation on the former Falcon Cycles site, off Bridge Street.
That, too, still awaits a ruling.
However, planners have now made a decision on a much smaller application, lodged in November.
They have granted permission to raise the roof in connection with a loft conversion at  7 Yarborough Road.
