FIVE BRIGG & DISTRICT HOUSEHOLD IMPROVEMENT SCHEMES PROPOSED




Brigg and district household improvement applications continue to be submitted to North Lincolnshire Council, as the planning authority for the district.
Among the latest now under consideration by council planners are:

  • Relocate vehicular entrance and driveway and the erection of a gates at 47 Bigby High Road, Brigg.
  • Erect a detached triple garage at The Waterfront, Cadney Road, Brigg.
  • Erect a replacement dwelling with detached garage (including demolition of existing dwelling) at Park Lea, Barton Road, Wrawby.
  • Erect a single-storey front extension at 12 Manor Drive, Scawby.
  • Erect a two-storey side extension (including demolition of existing garage) at 76 Messingham Lane, Greetwell.
Planners have also received notice of intention to undertake pruning works on an ash tree within the the Conservation Area. It is behind 3 Bridge Street, Brigg (close to the Nelthorpe Arms pub).
