Planning permission is being sought to carry out alterations at 23 Wrawby Road, Brigg, with an extension and erection of a garage.
The application has been made by Mr N. Fussey, through his agent Vic Fowler, JD Associates (DC) Ltd, Brigg.
Brigg Town Council has raised no objections and North Lincolnshire Council will now decide whether to grant permission.
