BRIGG BUTTERCROSS MAY BE NEARLY 200 YEARS OLD BUT ISN'T SHOWING ITS AGE

These fine, recently taken, after dark pictures by Ken Harrison, of Wrawby, have a Dickensian or Victorian feel to them. The Buttercross is not far short of 200 years old but is being well cared for by North Lincolnshire Council.

......the clock tower needs repainting, Scribs.....the paint has started to peel and the lower sections are exposing bare wood.
