Don't get caught out by a change to bin collection day in Brigg next week as Easter draws near.
Despite the Coronavirus emergency, the North Lincolnshire Council refuse service continues.
However, Brigg households that normally see a Tuesday collection will instead be visited on Monday next week (April 6).
Crews will be emptying general waste (wheelie) bins and recycling boxes (blue - paper) and green (cans & glass).
Recent social media posts suggest that some local households have yet to realise that the council has suspended brown (garden waste) bin collections until further notice.
A number of bins were put out in Brigg, anticipating a recent collection that the council had already announced would be cancelled.
We reported this after it had been mentioned during Brigg Town Council's meeting held at the end of March.
