Brigg Blog, and others living in the town, are hoping that this long-closed takeaway will reopen later this year. However, the current Coronavirus emergency is not a factor.
Having been put on the market, the Glebe Road property changed hands some time ago and internal work followed at was formerly Den's chippy.
Whether it's intended to serve fish and chips or some other type of fast food remains to be seen.
The long-serving Evy Wojak ran a chippy here from the 1960s, and it changed hands several times. We were a customer of all the operators, and a good many other people in Brigg can say the same!
