BRIGG POO-LUTION IN NEED OF A QUICK SOLUTION

Would North Lincolnshire Council kindly send someone Brigg way  to empty this dog mess bin near the junction of Bigby Road and St Helen's Road?
Dog-owners are rightly urged by the local authority to clean up after their pets. But, in return, shouldn't the collection bins be emptied when they get full....even during the festive season?
More people have time to walk their dogs over Christmas and New Year while taking a break from work, which adds to the number of poo-bags placed in the bins provided.
Council workers deserve time off, too, but is there any chance of this unsightly poo-lution being attended to?

That's a lot of fertilizer, Scoop.
Do you think the dogs have been having too many turkey dinners?

Just thinking, Nige...perhaps a partial solution could be to have either bigger poo bins in high density usage areas, or have a couple of bins on the same site...

I also understand that one can put doggie poo in the household general waste bin as long as its securely wrapped....Maybe not the best solution, but owners could improvise in preference to over-loading community poo-bins...
Anyone with cat-litter trays have no alternative other than putting soiled litter in a domestic bin - preferably wrapped.
