I'm sure I saw Mr and Mrs Tony Sykes, now living in Portugal, in Brigg yesterday but didn't have time to exchange greetings. The couple come back to town from time to time to visit daughter Amber and son-in-law Richard at the Black Bull, in Wrawby Street, which they (Tony and Carolyn) ran for many years.
Tony, of course, was a popular Brigg Town Mayor and councillor.
As far as this posting is concerned...That's all, folks!

Funny you should say that, Nige...I dort I saw him too.
He was walking just in front of me down one of the yards..and I said to myself, 'That looks like the Black Bull guy, but he looks slimmer.'
