UNDER THREAT FROM TESCO

How much longer will this ugly old repair shed remain? It's under threat from Tesco's redevelopment plans, expected to be considered by North Lincolnshire Council late next month.
An eyesore, yes, but in a prime location.

I appreciate that the old workshop could be demolished, but its siting is rather peculiar.
It's footprint, or parcel of land (I appreciated that it has now been bought by Tesco) was an island, surrounded by Lidl's and Tesco's car-park. It didn't have any legal right of access. The car-body builders who had the shed last had an apron, about 6' wide on certain sides of the building where cars could park as a right.
If Lidl's, or Tesco wanted to be nasty (I'm not saying they would) they could have completely isolated the building in terms of access.
