The first stage of the plan to move Brigg Library from its Old Courts Road building to the Angel, off the Market Place (pictured), will be among items under discussion when Brigg Town Council's Planning and Environment Committee meets at the Angel Suite on Monday (Sept 26) at 6.45pm.
Town councillors will be considering the following applications, on which final decisions will be made at North Lincolnshire level:
Change of use of bungalow to a clinic, Fircroft, 3 Wrawby Road.
Extend time limit of application (granted previously) to build five three-bedroom terrace houses, 22A Market Place.
Install new doors and window for relocation of the Local Link and Library to the ground floor of The Angel, Market Place.
This scheme is being proposed by North Lincolnshire Council, which runs the Angel, the Link and the Library.
Following the planning meeting, at 7.30pm, the monthly meeting of Brigg Town Council will be held in the Angel Suite.
As usual, 15 minutes has been set aside at the start for Public Question Time, during which any member of the public is welcome to raise Brigg issues of interest.
Both these meetings are open to the public.
