North Lincolnshire Council continues to carry out routine food hygiene inspections at premises across its area, which includes Brigg and a number of nearby villages.
Following recent visits, the local authority has rated the following 'Very Good' and awarded them the maximum five stars for food hygiene:
Newells of Brigg (butchers), 17 Wrawby Street.
Orchard Court Residential Home, 7 Wrawby Road, Brigg.
Clarence House Care Home, Albert Street, Brigg.
Rathside Rest Home, 41 Gainsborough Lane, Scawby.
Neighbouring West Lindsey District Council has awarded five stars to the Hall Farm Park visitor attraction on Caistor Road, South Kelsey, which is in the restaurant/cafe/canteen category.
More Brigg and district inspection ratings are expected to be announced through this Food Standards Agency scheme in the coming weeks.
