BRIGG BIKE NIGHT: DOUBLE THE FUN THIS WEEK

The Brigg area has two Bike Nights coming up... on the same night!
One will take place in the town, while the other revs up just a few yards beyond the town boundary.
Brigg Town Football Club, which launched its series of monthly Bike Nights in April, has the next coming up this Thursday (August 11) from 5pm at its EC Surfacing Stadium (main access from the A18 off Wrawby Road).
The Hawthorns clubhouse and Pip's Kitchen will be open for refreshments.
There is also a fenced off and well-equipped children's play area on the ground for families to use, free of charge.
Meanwhile, Brigg Garden Centre - alongside the A1084 on Bigby High Road and just over the county border in West Lindsey - will be offering its summer 2022 Bike Night from 6pm on Thursday. There will be live music, food and drink, a DJ and stalls.
We anticipate some bikers dropping in at both events - admission being free.
The traditional Brigg Bike Night - a major event centred on Bridge Street in early July - failed to take place this summer.
However, many people are hoping it will make a welcome return in July 2023 and draw another attendance of more than 1,000 enthusiasts.
