TAYLOR-MADE WIN FOR HIBALDSTOW


Brigg Town were without a fixture on Saturday (August 3) but there were good wins for Broughton and Hibaldstow in the Lincolnshire County Cricket League.
Broughton, who are mid-table in Division One, enjoyed a 68-run home win over Barton Town, Nick Dobbs scoring 62 and Shaun Clark taking four for 51 in 15 overs.
Hibaldstow continue to lead Division Two, and recorded a comfortable seven-wicket home win over Cleethorpes 3rds on Saturday.
Joe Taylor was in top all-round form for the villagers, taking four for 54 and then hitting an unbeaten 70.
Division Three leaders Broughton 2nds were heavily beaten in Lincoln by Lindum 3rds - the margin being 101 runs.
