A new Brigg housing development is now taking shape.
The location is land to the west of Almond Grove. It is close to the Atherton Way allotments site - our viewpoint for this picture taken at the weekend.
Permission for five dwellings and garages was approved some time ago.
A subsequent application made to North Lincolnshire Council in April this year by Higgins Builders Ltd and seeking approval to modify the design of the properties, was also approved.
Access to the development will be off Almond Grove.
