PLANS TO EXTEND BRIGG, BROUGHTON & WRAWBY HOMES

 

A number of Brigg and district households improvement schemes are seeing the go-ahead.
Planning permission to convert a garage, erect a first floor side extension and make internal alterations at 12 St James Road is being sought.

Approval is also being requested for garage conversion to a habitable room, detached single garage & day room to the rear of property at 6 The Copse, off Bigby High Road, Brigg. 
Planning permission to carry out alterations and extensions to a dwelling, including a first storey side extension with under croft and first storey and single storey extensions to the rear is being sought for Homestead, Melton Road, Wrawby.
Approval  is also being requested for  a single-storey side extension at Copperfield, Chapel Lane, Broughton.
These applications are now under consideration by North Lincolnshire Council - the local planning authority.

Partner Construction Ltd has contacted the local authority for "pre-application advice to erect dwellings" on land north-east of Ings Lane, Hibaldstow. 
West Lindsey District Council is considering an application to erect a brick-based heritage greenhouse in the front garden of  Little Oak, 3 South Pasture, South Kelsey, and a  conservatory at Stonecroft, High Street, North Kelsey.
