BRIGG PUB ON THE MARKET WITH £275K PRICE TAG

An historic Brigg town centre pub is up for sale with an asking price of £275,000 (plus value added tax).
An  adjoining cottage is also available freehold for £75,000.
The location of the White Hart - near the County Bridge on Bridge Street -  is impressive, with a beer garden beside the Old River Ancholme.
The 18th century building was disused in the late 1970s when it was acquired and refurbished by local man Ray Neall.
Having reopened the hostelry, he later sold it on to a brewery.
James A Baker Chartered Surveyors have both properties on the market.
