Here's an important notice for motorists in Brigg about the coming weekend.
Sections of road will be closed, and signs have now gone up to give due notice to drivers.
The A18 and A1084 will be closed on the approaches to the Monument on Sunday, November 13 for one hour - from 11.30am to 12.30pm.
This is while wreaths are laid, the Last Post is sounded and the Remembrance Sunday parade marches away from the war memorial.
Brigg residents needing to journey across town by car during this period will be advised to use local housing estates to avoid this section of the A18, eg Newlands Estate, Grammar School Road, Glebe Road and Woodbine Avenue.
Those approaching along the A1084 from the level crossing can turn off Bigby Road and use the St Helen's housing estate as far as the Churchill Avenue/Wrawby Road junction.
