BIG CUP-TIE FOR BRIGG FOOTBALLERS

Brigg footballers from Briggensians FC have a big game coming up on Saturday (December 5) when the team from division three journeys to top-flight Limestone Rangers for a third round tie in the T.S.W. Printers Challenge Cup.
At the weekend, Briggensians lost in a different cup competition to another team from division one.
The Brigg lads - based at Sir John Nelthorpe School - were defeated 4-1 by College Wanderers. Stuart Briscoe scored for Briggensians in this E C Surfacing Ltd Sporting Shield third round encounter.
