This being Monday and the office workers at North Lincolnshire Council having returned to their desks after the weekend, Brigg Blog would like to appeal for some action to rectify the permanently switched-on street light on St Helen's Road we flaged up some time ago (unsuccessfully).
It's not costing the public purse a fortune but with our local authority, and the Government, being committed to the "green" cause, this waste of electricity needs to addressed.
We think there's a No 8 painted on the lamp-post, if that helps.
