BRIGG RETAIL UNIT LET IN BOOMING AREA OF TOWN

It’s good to see that a “Let” sign has gone up on the new retail unit fashioned from the old fire station in Brigg town centre.
The old Lindsey Fire Brigade building was converted some months and placed on the property market.
The new tenant has taken premises in a thriving area of town which has welcomed, over the past year or two, a vaping café, the NFU, a Co-op outlet and J D Wetherspoon.

Plenty of footfall, as they say in retail circles.

How the old fire station looked prior to redevelopment.

The brewery (fire) tower is also being advertised as a residential unit - see details in Lovelle's Estate..

Looks plain and ugly. Shame they couldn't have kept the concrete with the fire station name.
