Chris Saddington, from the Nelthorpe Arms pub in Bridge Street, spoke at the annual meeting of the Brigg Town Business Partnership about a Pub Watch scheme he is keen to set up in  the town.
This will enable sharing of information between pubs, creating a safe and friendly environment  for members of the public to enjoy night outs.
Thanks at the meeting were extended to Coun James Truepenny, for all his help on Briggstock in August, and to North Lincolnshire Council for the Community Grant made to the Business Partnership.
Chairman Malcolm Bailey extended special thanks  to all  2014 committee members for the help and support they gave, without which the BTBP could not have put on a range of events  in the town.
OFFICIALS ELECTED: Chair - Malcolm Bailey; Vice-Chair – Coun Jane Kitching; Committee members for 2015 - Chris Darlington, Janet Bailey, Deb Dunderdale, Richard Mason, Chris Saddington, Amanda Mallender, Sandy Andrews, Fraser Lyth.
Brigg Blog's thanks are extended to BTBP secretary Amanda Mallender (pictured) for reminding us of a few additional items we had not mentioned in our earlier comments about the AGM, held in the Buttercross.
