PLANS FOR NINE HOMES IN BRIGG & WOLDS TO BE CONSIDERED BY COUNCILLORS
Plans to provide new housing at two locations in the Brigg & Wolds Ward and another near Broughton are about to be considered by decision-making councillors.
The schemes for Wrawby and Wressle will go before North Lincolnshire Council's planning committee at its meeting on Wednesday, February 13 at Scunthorpe Civic Centre (2pm start).
WRAWBY: Application to erect eight dwellings, including garages and access, land adjacent to Ridgeway House, Mill Lane.
WRESSLE: Outline application to erect a detached three-bedroomed chalet bungalow and detached garage, land adjacent to Fairacres, Bridge Road.
WRAWBY: Application to erect a detached bungalow and detached garage, and relocate existing garden shed, land adjacent to Tout Pres, Little Lane.
The planning committee - chaired by Brigg & Wolds Ward's Coun Nigel Sherwood - is made up of elected representatives from across the district.
