NEW BUILDS PLANNED IN BRIGG

Five Brigg planning applications will be considered by councillors this week.
Brigg Town Council's Planning & Environment Committee will meet on  Wednesday 11th February at 7pm in the Angel Suite Lounge. 
This session is open to interested members of the public.
The following are listed for consideration:

• Erect a 3-bay portable building to provide office, staff room and meeting room facility, Demeter House, Bigby Street.
• Erect second floor extension above existing side integral garage, The Oaks, 2 Redcombe Lane.
• Erect 4 x 2 storey flats, Llamedos, land off Bridge Street.
• Erect conservatory to the rear courtyard of Ancholme Gardens.
• Replace rendering, 23 College Yard.

North Lincolnshire Council decides all planning applications but the Brigg committee can make recommendations and comments.
