BRIGG SITE WITH DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL

There used to be a handful of Brigg lock-up garages on this site, but they were knocked down some time ago.
The location of this expanse of concrete is West Square, close to the Keigar Homes’ development off Glebe Road, where Brigg County Primary School once stood.
The lock-up garages were once operated by Glanford Borough Council and I had one myself for a spell in the late 1970s. In addition to keeping the rain and snow off my Mini, it was close-season home to a range of Brigg Town Cricket Club equipment, including pads and bats.
Who knows what the future may hold for this small part of Brigg?
