CAR PARKING PLAN

Planning permission to turn a back garden into tarmac hard standing for vehicles is being sought at Glanford House, Bridge Street, Brigg.

Is this a water-tight solution, Scribs?
It could run on and on and there could be a flood of concerns and a bit of a backwash!
One needs to get an angle on this one, Scoop. Need to flush out the problems that could be in the pipe-line and pool ideas before there's a storm in a tea-cup.
