Which one of you wrinklies can remember the film, 'The Wooden Horse'.
Based on a true story - It was set in a German POW camp and the British dug a tunnel beneath a wooden vaulting horse.
It always amuses me when I recall Peter Butterworth (Carry On fame) was one of the main guys vaulting the horse.
I haven't seen it for ages - think it's black and white and it has obviously been obscured by 'The Great Escape'- Christmas favourite!!
Strong rumour has it that they are going to remake 'The Dambusters'...another classic film (also b&w) I wonder how they will get over the dog problem!!
Anyway - nice pix of Karen.
