BUSES TO BRIGG FROM THE VILLAGES

Bus services coming into force today (Monday, July 2) were mentioned during the latest meeting of Brigg Town Council in the Angel Suite.
Coun Mike Campion did not focus on Hornsbys new hourly express service linking Brigg with Scunthorpe in 25 minutes, but instead considered public transport users in the Ulceby and Wootton area who come to shop in our town.
He asked whether it was correct that passengers would no longer be able to board a direct bus to Brigg. That was what he'd heard.
Brigg Blog later checked the new bus timetable, which shows that the 450 Service (run by Stagecoach, not Hornsbys) will be providing the good folk of Wootton and Ulceby with buses to Brigg, Monday to Saturday.
