WRAWBY HORTICULTURAL SHOW NOW WELCOMING ENTRIES


Wrawby Horticultural Society needs more young entrants for its forthcoming Horticultural Show, to be held at the Village Hall on Sunday, August 5, 2018.
This is open to all children – with no restrictions to area.
There are classes to suit everyone at the 76th village show, with cups and trophies to be won.
Children’s classes include:

  • Photography (favourite day out)
  • Handicrafts
  • Draw or paint an Emergency Service vehicle
  • Decorate Rich Tea biscuits
  • Wrawbysyaurus – made from fruit and veg
  • 4 homemade pastries
  • Homemade birthday card (not computer)
  • Lego Emergency Service vehicle
  • Writing
Programmes, entry forms and rules can be collected from Vicarage Motors in Wrawby, the Jolly Miller pub, St Mary’s Church, Wrawby Farm Shop, Brigg Information centre – or download from the Wrawby website at http:/www.wrawby.org.uk/downloads
Entries will be accepted on  show day between 8am – 11am.
The show starts at 2 pm and there will be a grand raffle, refreshments (lots of homemade cake!) and a grand auction of produce at the end.
