Gladrags & Bags - the very recently closed Brigg town centre shop on Wrawby Street - is to become an estate agents.
The new proprietors, Julie and Howard Hewson, the grandson of George Hewson, one-time mayor of Glanford Brigg, are hoping to open in the near future.
In the meantime, the premises are getting a new face-over, both outside and in.
