NEW BRIGG EXHIBITION OPENING TOMORROW

A new exhibition opens tomorrow (Thursday, September 8) at Brigg Heritage Centre and will run until mid-November.
Brigg Blog was pleased to accept an invitation to attend the preview night yesterday.
All Things Bright and Beautiful is a photographic exhibition showcasing the Ancholme Valley and is presented by the Heritage Centre & Lincolnshire Heritage Open Days.
All the photographs on display are by members of the Barton Photographic and Digital Imaging Club.
There are some super pictures taken at various locations in the valley, and particularly along the Ancholme.
Some show Brigg scenes, including Glanford Boat Club, and there are others at Bishopbridge, South Ferriby and Broughton.
Views of the Humber Bridge and the waterside at Barton can also be enjoyed.
Brigg Heritage Centre is on the first floor of the Angel building in the town centre. Admission is free. Opening times are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 10am to 2pm, and Sunday from 10am to 3pm.
