BRIGG TO BARNETBY TO ADMIRE NEW A18 'TOP' ROUNDABOUT

We took a Stagecoach bus from Brigg  to Barnetby Top a few days ago, on our way to catch a train to visit a relative in Lincoln.
Having been dropped off by the bus on the A18 - this service does not venture into the village - we had the chance to take a close look at the newly-installed Barnetby Top roundabout.
North Lincolnshire Council has greatly simplified the former road layout, in the interests of improved road safety.
It's clearly a lot better now. However, if funds permit, how about providing lay-bys on the A18  between the new roundabout and Gallows Wood garage for use by buses?
Our picture shows the new roundabout, viewed from the inclined access road serving Barnetby. To the right of picture is the A18 to Melton Ross. Turn left at the new roundabout for Brigg and straight on for the M180 to Scunthorpe and Grimsby and for the A15 to Barton and the Humber Bridge.
