Planning permission has been granted for a single storey rear extension at 45 Wrawby Street - within the Conservation Area. No 45 is the base of Marmaris Pizza.
A council report said: "It is considered that the proposed development will not harm the character and appearance of the conservation area, nor will it have adverse effect upon neighbouring properties."
No objections were lodged with the council about this application.
