They've installed new carpeting in one of the rooms at the Yarborough Hunt pub on Bridge Street, Brigg.
We paid a visit last night and spent some time in this room which is at the back of the hostelry.
The Britannia Inn, on Wrawby Street, is still open for drinks and meals after the departure last week of mine hosts who have moved to a pub/restaurant on the north bank.
The Brit now has a new temporary landlord in charge for a couple of weeks.
Hopefully, after that, Marston's brewery will appoint someone to take charge permanently.
