Just a reminder that Brigg Amateur Social Historians (BASH) have their monthly meeting tonight (Tuesday, December 2) starting at 8pm at the Servicemen's Club, adjoining the main Old Courts Road car park.
Local teacher and geologist Paul Hildreth - former Brigg Town cricketer and Brigg Amateurs footballer - will be giving an illustrated talk on Frodingham Ironstone.
There's no need to book tickets - admission is free, refreshments will be served and a raffle held to help defray costs. All welcome.
