WINTER HANGING BASKETS TO MAKE BRIGG LOOK BRIGHTER

Brigg town centre could look a bit brighter during the colder months of the year.
The Town Council is looking into a  20/21 Group suggestion to extend the popular summer hanging baskets scheme into winter.
Coun Mike Campion told the council's November meeting he felt it to be a good idea, as the town centre could look bare at this time of year.
The cost to the council is unlikely to amount to much.
Further information is expected to be presented for councillors to consider at a future meeting.
