BRIGG TO HOLD HOLOCAUST MEMORIAL CEREMONY 2020

Brigg is one of the towns in the UK which will be holding a Holocaust Memorial Ceremony in 2020.
Ours will take place at the Holocaust Memorial, on the Millennium Green off Elwes Street, on Sunday, January 26, at 10.45am.
The Town Mayor and members of Brigg Town Council will join with other locals in remembering the innocent people who lost their lives as a result of atrocities, as well as those who survived.
Following the service there will be an opportunity to sign the book of remembrance in the nearby Café Courtyard.
January 27, 2020 is the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp.
