DOUBLE DRAW IN BRIGG TO ATTRACT TRAIN TRAVELLERS FROM NOTTS & LINCS

The latest report on Paul Johnson's Brigg Line Blog showcases the rising number of people from North Notts and other parts of Lincolnshire who are using the passenger train service calling at our railway station on Saturday.

Publicity and spreading the word about what Brigg can offer visitors are key factors.
We expect the double draw of the Farmers' Market and the Riverside Festival tomorrow to generate an influx of visitors by train. Especially if the hot and sunny weather holds.

Has anyone published a timetable of events?
My understanding, from educated guesswork, is that the Glandford Boat Club, the canoe club and the Ancholme Rowing Club are taking part and that various activities are popping up.
Would be useful to have a programme, so I don't miss 'something exciting' that happened 5 minutes earlier!
