LIDL AMENDS BRIGG PLANS

International retailer Lidl has submitted revised plans for a car park extension at the Brigg store, with new trolley bay.
What's described as a new dwarf flood wall to the southern boundary of the site has been included.
There's also proposed landscaping and an asphalt pedestrian and cycle path.
Anthracite car parking spaces will be "delineated in light grey block paving."
Amended plans for an extension to the existing store car park and erection of trolley bay, along with relocation and enhancement of the footway and associated landscaping to include additional lighting are now under consideration at North Lincolnshire Council.
Lidl's original plan was submitted on October 21, while the amendment came late last month.
North Lincolnshire Council currently classifies the planning application as "pending."
The car park extension is planned for currently unused land near the Ancholme Valley Way path and cycle track.
