Having reported previously that some lights are on in Brigg Market Place during daylight hours, we noted this was still the case at the weekend.
We thought they'd got round to fixing it some days ago when we noticed a cherry-picker vehicle in the town centre, but instead we watched workmen taking down some of the remaining bunting.

.....and some lights don't work at all....
Look at the Crimbo lights picture in a previous article and in the background there are dead street lights....
