HOME BREWING SHOP MIGHT DO WELL IN BRIGG

Brigg Blog has long thought that a home brewing shop might do good trade in town.
We’ve never had one, as far as we can remember, despite our town being renowned for its range of speciality and niche businesses.
We passed a home brew shop in Freeman Street, Grimsby, a few years ago, catering for those wanting to create their own beer and wine.
If anyone is interested in taking up our idea, we will make a suggestion...
Set aside a storage area in the shop where people can take their home brews to mature until they are ready for consumption.
The shopkeeper could keep an expert eye on how they are coming along and then call the customer to collect when the time is right.

Finding a suitable place at home to store home brew flagons is something that deters many from taking up the challenge, despite knowing that the hobby can save them a pretty penny on the week's alcohol intake.
