This will be done at a meeting of the Town Council's Property and Services committee, to be held in the Lounge of the Angel Suite on Wednesday, November 12, from 7.30pm.
This meeting is open to interested members of the public.
The Town Council manages the Angel Suite, which can be hired for a wide range of uses, including dinners, wedding receptions, exhibitions and meetings.
