BRIGG PIZZA AND KEBAB HOUSE SEEKING PERMISSION TO RETAIN SIGNS


Brigg Pizza and Kebab House, 11 Springs Parade, is seeking advertisement consent to retain two illuminated fascia signs and two internally illuminated signs.
At 7 Eastfield Road planning permission is being sought to erect a single storey extension and make alterations to the existing dwelling.
North Lincolnshire Council will decide both these applications, but has already ruled on the following:
GRANTED: 11 Kings Avenue - planning permission to erect single-storey extensions, detached garage, garden shed and erect fence and gates
GRANTED: Horsefair Paddock, Barnard Avenue - planning permission for change of use from warden's dwelling to further communal areas to include improvement works to provide external mobility scooter store
GRANTED: Murco Filling Station, Bridge Street - planning permission to replace shop front.
GRANTED: Burstall, 6 Dudley Road - planning permission to erect a first-floor extension and extend existing garage.
