BRIGG CHARITY SHOP REOPENS TOMORROW
The RSPCA charity shop in Brigg - fronting onto the Spring’s Parade car park and just a very short walk with a small dog from the Market Place – reopens tomorrow morning (Monday, Jan 9) after a Christmas and New Year break which began in mid-December.
Nearby, in Spring’s Parade, the Sue Ryder Care shop is appealing for donations, as stocks of items to sell are running low. Perhaps you have something suitable left over after Christmas that you might like to donate.
Or maybe you’d prefer to help the Lindsey Lodge Hospice Shop, Oxfam or the Red Cross – all of which have charity shops in Wrawby Street.

We attempted to donate a large bin bag of toys to Sue Ryder last night. The shop had been closed for 5 minutes, so I knocked on the window, expecting to be able to just drop the bag off, but the woman inside wouldn't open the door, just pointing at her watch - 'We're closed!'. Have donated items there in the past, but never again - how rude!
